| The Royal Haciendas is the latest addition to the Royal Resorts collection. A five star resort located on a beautiful beach in the heart of the Riviera Maya, offering luxury and comfort in a splendid natural setting. With its classic arches, columns, terraces, fountains and gardens, the low-rise architecture at The Royal Haciendas is inspired by the grand old haciendas or estates of the Yucatan which prospered from the cultivation of a native agave plant called henequen or sisal in the late 19th century and the first two decades of the 20th century.
The Royal Haciendas opened on July 1, 2006 with 55 beautifully appointed two-bedroom villas with spectacular ocean views. Phase II of the resort was inaugurated on June 30, 2007 with a further 71 villas and Phase III on June 21, 2008 with 55 villas. |

| The Royal Haciendas offers 181 villas distributed in 3 phases. Spacious and comfortable, the tastefully decorated and fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas sleep up to six people and offer 1,613.07 square feet of living space for you and your family (Flexivilla 1,332.46 ft2 and Terrace & Balcony 280.61 ft2). The kitchen is equipped to prepare breakfast, a light lunchtime snack or even a three-course meal, and the spacious ocean-view terrace is perfect for al fresco dining under the stars.
Some of the amenities included in the villas are a large fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, telephone, hair dryer, closets, iron and ironing board and a safe. The master bathroom has double sinks and granite counter tops, spacious living area with two Murphy beds, flat screen TV, DVD player and a phone. It also includes a dining area with seating for six people, a large ocean-view balcony with sun beds, a table and chairs for four. The second bedroom includes two beds, flat screen TV, telephone, hair dryer, safe, kitchenette, private bathroom and balcony. A whirlpool tub for two is enjoyed in the main terrace, and the villas also provide wireless internet access. There are also a few deluxe beachfront and penthouse villas measuring 1,689.71 square feet (Deluxe villa 1,409.10 ft2 and Terrace & Balcony 280.61 ft2) and incorporating all the aforementioned features, a small lounge area in the master bedroom and a larger master bathroom with closets. |
