One of  the most exclusive Cancun shopping malls in the Hotel Zone has recently opened to the public a brand new art gallery.  Ars Caracol Gallleries is Cancun’s new entertainment space for art lovers in Plaza Caracol Shopping Mall. During the inauguration of Ars Caracol Gallery the poet Alejandro Echeverria delighted the gallery´s guests with his artistic versus as fine wine was enjoyed.

On July 22nd, the magic of poetry created the ideal environment to bring out the five fascinating art displays in the new Ars Caracol Galleries which promise to be a great option for those who enjoy Cancun’s unique and sophisticated ambiance. This new location under the Plan 7 name, converts Plaza Caracol into an ideal place with promotions, events and Cancun attractions for the whole family.

Plaza Caracol features over 200 shops and exquisite international restaurants that offer the most charming settings for a relaxing Cancun shopping spree in the heart of Cancun´s Hotel Zone. Cancun restaurants, fast food corners, boutiques, shoe and perfume stores, arts & crafts, souvenirs, beachware, jewelry and tour services are only some of the endless options that visitors can find at this comfortable air-conditioned mall.

A few art galleries have opened on the upper level of the newer section of Plaza Caracol. Behind the Señor Frogs store there is a small gallery called Galería de Arte Cubano were one can find an older artist working quietly in front of his easel as you visit the gallery. The Centro Artistico Latinamericano has several small galleries showing works in photography and paintings.
